Cancellation is entirely at the hotel’s discretion. Please contact our team as early as possible.

Cancellations, date changes, and any adjustment to the token secured on confirmation are decided by the hotel on a case-by-case basis. Contact our team by phone or WhatsApp as early as possible and we will do our best to help. Check-in is 12:00 Noon and check-out is 11:00 AM.
Festival dates
High-demand festival dates may carry their own published window, shown on the offer at the time of booking.
How to cancel
Use the link in your confirmation, or reply on WhatsApp / call us — our team actions it, and the hotel decides on any token adjustment.
No-show
If you do not arrive and have not told us, the room is released and repeat no-shows may be restricted from booking online.
