We collect only what we need to host you — your name, contact number, and email — and we never collect card, UPI, or bank details, because there is no online payment.
What we collect
Your name, phone, and email when you submit a booking request or enquiry; optional GSTIN for a tax invoice; and, only with your consent, your email for our monthly newsletter.
What we never collect
No card, UPI, or bank details ever touch our systems — the site has no online payment. Any message asking you to “pay a UPI to confirm your Kashi King booking” is fraudulent; we never ask for online payment to hold a room.
How we use it
To confirm your request by phone, send your acknowledgment and confirmation, and provide your stay. Marketing messages are sent only with your recorded consent and you can opt out any time.

You can ask us to access, correct, or erase your personal data. Contact us and a human will help; we retain the minimum financial record required by law.
