Do I need to pay online to book?

No. You submit a request in about two minutes — no payment and no OTP — and our team calls you to confirm. You pay at the hotel.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation is at the hotel’s discretion. Please contact our team by phone or WhatsApp as early as possible; any adjustment to the token secured on confirmation is decided by the hotel.

Are you really opposite the temple?

Yes — we are directly across from Gate No. 4 of the Kashi Vishwanath Corridor, about a 60-second walk to the sanctum. Many hotels that say “near the temple” are actually a 15–20 minute push through the lanes; we are across the street.

Can you help with darshan and the Mangala Aarti?

Yes. Our front desk helps arrange darshan and guides you for the pre-dawn Mangala Aarti (around 3 AM), and can point you to a good spot for the evening Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat, an 8-minute walk away.

How do I reach you from the airport or station?

We arrange airport pickup from Lal Bahadur Shastri Airport (about 45–60 minutes), and our team guides your last-mile from the station. The corridor lanes are pedestrian near the temple, so our caretakers meet you for the final stretch.

Is the food pure vegetarian?

Yes — pure-vegetarian dining, with Jain and South-Indian meal preferences arranged on request. Just mention it when our team calls to confirm your booking.

Is it comfortable for families and elders?

Very. We have lift access, help with luggage the last 100 metres, and a calm room to rest in between darshan and the ghats. Tell us about any mobility needs and we will plan around them.

Is my booking confirmed as soon as I submit the form?

Your request is held tentatively and our team calls within a couple of hours to confirm availability and details. Please give a correct phone number — it is how we reach you. Nothing is charged online.

How far is the temple sanctum from the hotel?

We are directly **opposite Gate No. 4** of Kashi Vishwanath, so the walk to the entrance is about **one minute** on foot — no vehicle, no long lane. From the gate, the walk to the sanctum inside the corridor is a short, mostly flat stretch — roughly **60 metres** in all.

What is the Kashi Vishwanath Corridor (Shri Kashi Vishwanath Dham)?

It is the redeveloped temple complex that opened in December 2021, connecting the sanctum to the Ganga at Lalita Ghat through a wide, paved precinct with covered walkways, seating, cloak rooms, and facilities. It made darshan far calmer and more accessible than the old warren of lanes — and you enter it right across from our door.
